For single image ads, LinkedIn recommends a 1.91:1 ratio (e.g., 1200x628 pixels). For carousel ads, a 1:1 ratio (e.g., 1080x1080 pixels) is recommended for each card.
Yes, LinkedIn has character limits. The Primary Text is recommended to be under 150 characters for best results on mobile, although up to 600 is allowed. The Headline should be under 70 characters for single image ads, and under 45 for carousel cards. This tool allows you to type more so you can test what gets cut off.
LinkedIn allows between 2 and 10 cards for a carousel ad. This tool supports the same range, starting with 2 and allowing you to add more as needed via the "+ Add New Card" button.
